toast bread cubes in a pan with olive oil and garlic
add blanched fava beans
scramble with eggs, salt and pepper
it yielded a delicious mess of garlic-infused crunch and savory egg with the nuttiness of the fava beans. In the future I might stick to fava beans on toast, and eggs some other time.

Now I’m thinking refinement:
toast with fava bean spread topped with a poached egg. same flavors, less mess
